Bored

So when we were driving around last night waiting for mike to decide what to take a photo of, I decided I would rip off another idea, mainly out of boredom, but the result was cool. This is as shot, no photoshop except to resize it. I also shot a dance this weekend in Ely. I have them uploaded but on private until I get them done, or closer to it, to avoid people getting angry or jealous.

This is another shot to demonstrate slow shutter speed. I like how this turned out. Made it black and white because the tungsten lighting was horrible.

Another Photo to demonstrate shallow DOF. I was debating if this looked better in B&W or not... I think I like this best. I still have to do the large DOF ones, one more for fast shutter speed, and one more for slow shutter speed....

Just went out shot today. Thought a shot in the mud would be fun. I got muddy, Candice got muddy, My truck is close to bullet proof now i think. Didn't take too many because it was kinda cold, and the mud was freezing.

I also shot this today, nothing special, but it's to demonstrate the a shallow DOF.... On a side note my flickr account had 110 hits yesterday which I though was pretty cool.

This is another first. I've never tried to do this long of an exposure. It was so cold, 7 degrees to be exact. My hands were numb within 30 sec. My camera fell over once when a semi went by, nothing too serious happened, just some dirt.

First of 8 photos for my photography class. This one is to demonstrate a fast shutter speed. It was alot messier than I had thought in the beginning. This will probably be the only one worthy of posting on the net, but if any of the others are I will get them up when I'm done with them.
