I have finished my personal website for the most part. There are a few bugs to work out here and there, but It's mostly functional. Let me know what you think....

Studio Lighting Final
The Final in my studio lighting class was to find "retro" objects and create an correctly lit scene that was to represent balance in some way. The first was "Ping Ping a Marvelous Pong". The idea behind the name was that it was in the style of the slinky song using ping pong instead.
The 2nd photo was called "Seamen and the Oceanus". I don't feel it fits with my other two photos but i guess that's how it happens.
The 3rd photo is named "Photosynthesis" It is one of my favorites all year. It wasn't real easy to get to look like that as it was a mixed lighting shot, it took quite a bit of color balancing, but I feel it turned out very well. It was probably also the hardest photo to light all year. The glass was too thick and dark to light from the back and needed to be lit from the front as well.
I really enjoyed the class, and I learned ALOT! If anyone is thinking about taking the class I would suggest it.

Mixed Lighting Cat
I was at home over the easter weekend, my cat was laying in the chair and I liked the lighting on her face. We had just covered mixed lighting in the Studio Class I'm in, I thought this was appropriate.

Sunset
I was on my way home from Cedar to Ely, and as I was coming out of Panaca summit the Sun started to set. I usually don't do the sunset thing, but I could not resist. Nevada sunsets usually are not so vivid. It was smokey from something, and It gave me a feel of Africa, like the lion king or something, ha.

This photo I started out just shooting some stuff for fun, and ended up with some really cool photos. This is one of my favorites. We did some shots of her in her truck as well, I'll put some of them up soon as well.
